I booked the hotel because it said it had a hotel shuttle. It did not thats false advertisement. Also the bed felt like you was sleeping on bricks. Also had to pay for Wi-Fi. It was misleading

The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Everyone at the Front Desk was courteous and helpful. I enjoyed talking to Mr. Ai when I came back to the hotel in the evening. The staff did an excellent job cleaning the room each morning.

Some of the panels on the floor need replacing.I didn’t like the bath tub for showering as I have artificial knees and there were no grab bars on the wall which I had to be very careful not to fall or slip.

Nice breakfasts with some interesting choices from Japanese cuisine Excellent location, right across the street from restaurants, shops and massage places

Some staff at the reception desk spoke very little English.There was no shuttle bus to the center or airport even though it was advertised on the website.

Old property. Almost everything was broken from tables in the room, old carpet, mattress was like brick, odour in the room, even the key holder slot in the room was broken.

wifi signal was strong and easy to connect to.Room was spacious, cleaned well every day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not much choice for brake fast and Room was very old minor repairs not done basic things not available

The Furniture in the room was old and tired

The staff were first class. The facilities are excellent. Loved the pool with its food and drink service and views of downtown Bangkok. The rooms were kept in very clean condition with all bathroom facilities working perfectly. I did like the location, but I don't mind walking. Others might find the hotel a tuk tuk ride away from places they want to see. Congratulations to the staff of Four Wings.

Nothing of note.

The room was clean and tidy. Daily cleaning whilst we were out. Bed felt firm at first touch but was surprisingly very comfortable. The pool was excellent. Out of 5 hotels we stayed at during the month this pool was the best; beautiful temperature and long enough to swim some casual laps in to stretch out the back a little. Location was good.

Aircon system - The aircon was not cooling to a comfortable temperature- Initially the 2nd room temperature seemed ok but later the temperature always autoset to 23-24 degrees. Setting the temperature to 18-19 degrees always autoset to 24 degrees that was warm and uncomfortable to sleep.Kitchen staff do not know the difference between fried and scrambled eggs. Asking for scrambled eggs always got fried eggs

The staff were amazing, couldn't fault them. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very nice as well

When we booked, it said that there was a pickup from the airport, nothing came, and also the room facilities that were advertised on booking.com were not present upon arrival. I asked at reception about it all , and was told by the manager that booking.com was lying and the hotel didn't do anything that was stated. Left a sour taste in otherwise a pleasant trip.

Location, gym, pool

this hotel is well located with very nice and helpful staff. Cleanliness was acceptable but not the best. The BTS station can be reached on foot.

The BTS station can be reached on foot, but the quality of the sidewalk is life-threatening in some places and is impassable with a stroller. Small children can only be carried on the lap.

Everything else...especially the pool, lobby and restaurant. Staff great

Corridor carpets need renewing. Really could do with a regular shuttle to SkyTrain.

Bad

Old dirty room, not corresponding to the photos. For example I struggled to open the fridge because it was sticky, to discover the old drinks of previous customer. Booked 4 nights, stayed only one to then flee to another hotel.
